How do you price a cleaning?
Price depends on the size of your home, the type of clean, how long since the last professional clean, and any add-ons. Send the quote form and we'll confirm an exact price with you before anything is booked.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean is regular upkeep. A deep clean adds baseboards, cabinet exteriors, light fixtures and extra scrubbing. If your home hasn't had a professional clean in about 3 months, or it's your first time with us, we usually recommend starting with a deep clean.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 3 hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. You can choose whether you'd like a text or a call.
How does the recurring discount work?
When you set up recurring service (weekly, every two weeks or monthly), your 3rd visit is 20% off. It's a one-time discount. Visits 1, 2 and 4 onward are regular price.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Along with homes and rentals, we take on some commercial cleaning. Choose "Commercial / Office" in the form and tell us about the space.
Do I have to share my full address?
No. For a quote, cross streets and your city are enough. We'll get the exact address when you book.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
Just ask. We don't list everything we do during a clean. Add it to the notes in your quote request.
